  • At the end of each column, add totals. You can do this by highlighting the whole column and clicking on the sigma in the toolbar.

You can also do this by opening ‘New Workbook’ in the ‘File>New’ option of MS Excel. Excel has made the work of organizing the invoices easier. However you can also print your invoices into a .pdf by using a .pdf converter.
